Morgan Stanley dumps on networkers, JNPR particularly. Be careful in that sector. Tanked the futures. JNPR already down 16.

Mark-- OT--Very well put. I happened to see Tim Russert's interview and the "rule of law" should apply across the board. I also found something else Mr. Limbaugh said very interesting. His statement was that even when the FL Governor acted in an appropriate manner, she was quickly shot down (by a man) then later his ruling was changed and vindicated her. I'm not taking sides, it's just that what Mr. Limbaugh said made me think. He's right to an extent that if a man had made the same ruling that she did, would we still be here today discussing this issue. I wonder.

It will be interesting to see what the FL Supreme Court outcome will be today. However, I think we won't be hearing anything until at least tomorrow from them, if not Wed. I'll bet that's why 2PM was chosen to give them the, "too late in the day" spin.

Could anyone tell me why the Supreme Court of the US didn't step in, since this involves the whole US and not just a FL State issue? I'm not versed in the actual steps that must be followed. I'm sure that has something to do with it but you would think that this should take president. Any thoughts?

Vickie
