Question: We got a deal but did Steve make a good deal? We need to make money off RR. One good thing is that ATT sits on the board of RR (30% ownership). That means whatever deal is made will be picked up by ATHM and that will avoid price wars.

I noticed that ELNK was complaining earlier that AOL wanted a % of the profits made using cable as well as payment for traffic. Did we manage to get a % of profit?

What are the main points of the agreement?
