You might try a database program over the Excel program. A fellow I know in Houston has good results with a program called MS Works for Windows, he said it was a $70 program or something like that.

I reduced the gap data by becoming more selective on my search. I do not use the same identification code that you do, but briefly I reduced it by keying on cycle week and prior week pattern looking only for Monday activity.
