Of course congress can amend the laws to make them clearer so that the courts cant have any interpretation other than the one congress intended.

If Clinton can hide behind the definition of the word "is," I defy anyone to make any law that can't be picked apart. The law in Florida was pretty clear to me and yet there is a good chance the court will tear it apart and give it their own spin.

The point is the Court can decide anything they want to despite the clear intentions of the legislator. They answer to no one and they have made themselves the last word.
