Some one's got to have the last word. Who would you prefer have that? President? Congress? You will have the same problem of bias based on the president or congressional majority.

You are trying to get perfection in an imperfect world. Of course it's perfect if it agrees with you and biased if not.

You know, I just noodlin' here, but it looks like Intel just ran a "student body left" on the competition. Rather than compete on who runs "office" the fastest, Intel has laid the groundwork for the gnutella concept of the internet.

Two years ago, Intel was talking about a market for a Billion servers. I just assumed they had the numbers wrong.

Congress can pass any law it wishes. The President can veto any law he wishes. Congress can override presidential vetoes. Congress can declare any law unconstitutional. Congress can pass any law it wishes. And so it goes ---
