Yes, the Florida Supreme Court hearing will be televised, starting at 2:00 p.m.

Who goes first?

Watch the market tank as the Dems talk.

CB & others legals, What can happen to Fla's Supreme Court Justices if they use a flawed argument and just vote party line? Is there "some law" they have to answer to out there that would scare them into not screwing around? So if they over ride the Secretary of State (nice standing ovation she got today!) and continue to not end this farce until they find enough Gore votes, could it all be reversed by a higher court that is ACTUALLY CONSTITUTIONAL!? All Clinton admin scandals have used time (& obviously the media) to "investigate" the issues, then do what they want to do anyway once the outrage dies down. (CNN just saying today's "poll" shows only 55% think there's a crisis now compared to 64% earlier - spin, spin, spin)

PS - didn't you think the justices were asking questions of the Reps with the condescending bias of our usual talking heads/media?

thanks in advance,
Tom
