The Florida Supreme Court has the final say in interpreting Florida law. If they try to fashion some remedy which goes beyond strictly interpreting the law, then there MIGHT be a possible appeal to the US Supreme Court IF and ONLY IF a federal or constitutional issue is involved.

This may not be much of an explanation, but I can't think of a way to say it in plain English. -g-
