Sorry to butt-in to this great discussion on a great thread, BUT this guy that was just on(Harris' lawyer) is a total disaster for Bush. The MEDIUM is the message. This guy is so anxious to lecture the justices, he is stepping on their sentences; he is saying, "I don't understand your question;" he wants do all the talking; he shows impatience towards them; he interrupts them; he is insulting these judges! They will forget all his points and ONLY remember his abrasive personality, This is NOT how you win friends and influence people. Sheeesh!
