Mark,

I also recall her making comments about taking longer than anticipated, but Dimethaid has had a conditional approval in hand for over year now and still no agreement. It's not good enough in my view to say that it's taken longer than we anticipated. This is a company with no revenues, you have to be able to close deals in a timely fashion, if you are to survive.

Also, it seems inconsistent on one hand to see the need to stockpile prior to approval, but are unable to close a deal with a marketing partner. Why not?

The problem for me is that this is not an isolated incident, the company has also been unable to close a deal with J&J. Back in May the entire management team believed they were going to close two deals, then nothing! I have to wonder if something broke down or some new information came to light and we are not being told.

Mark, these are a red flags or me. To do date I have been willing to give Rebecca and Co. the benefit of the doubt, but my williness to be so understanding is declining. I am becomming concerned that something may not be right here.

The other item that is bothering me is Peter's departure. Here's a bright guy that was in my view was very loyal and solid individual. Being able to communicate your story effectively and confidently to institutions is an important asset to an organization like Dimethaid.... Then all of as sudden under a huge cloud of secrecy he departs. I can't help but wonder if it was due to a disagreement with Rebecca. If that's the case this is very troublesome.

Mark, each one of these issues on it's own is not enough to be a concern, but when you combine them together an uncomfortable pattern is emerging for me. I will continue to listen carefully as the story unfolds.

On a more positive note, I also support the direction of funds to Oxo, since I too think this is dollars very wisely invested.

Yep, we sure could use some positive news soon.

John
