What I don't like about this whole MXT thing is that
1. The timing is bad relative to restoring distributions
2. Why issue new shares now, when a month or two from now they should be considerably higher when distributions are restored.
3. They shouldn't really need the money, another 2.85 million shares just reduce distributions by approx 20%, warrants to shareholders would have been much better IMHO.
