No user has any compiler for those applications and never will. The applications are built in software companies in isolated high-security rooms using company-certified compilers. No s/w company would sacrifice stability of their product by using unqualified fresh compiler, just to please 0.01% of their customer base. Qualification of P4 optimizations will take significant time.
