We will get a result from FLSC today or tomorrow, but my guess is they allow the recounts, with a deadline. I just dont see what the catalyst will be to have such a huge shift in psychology.....it's pretty bad right now, and it doesnt look like it will get better anytime soon. Bush will lose the recount if dimpled ballots are counted, which as of right now they are...he may lose it without the dimpled ballost as his lead is now down to 700 or so, with a boatload of ballots to be counted. Does bush contest, on grounds that the recount was not fair, or does he bow out gracefull? What I do know, is every day, there is a new wrench thrown into this mess. Yes, I know it will end, and hopefully soon, but for some reason I see this dragging on a long while, with gore winning in the end....regardless though, I only see a rally if we end this quickly. The more it drags on the further down it will drag the market. Hope I'm wrong...hope we rally hard...I am tired of discounts......ready to see rmbs and jdsu take off like wild rabbits....or at least regain $10- $20 of their major losses recently. Keith
