Have you ever actually participated in an actual recount? I have, more than once. In my experience, not one of the recounts was MORE accurate than the initial count. Interpreting "pregnant chads" as votes cast is highly suspect, even if done in front of a camera. Could it be argued with equal authority that a pregnant chad represents nothing more than a voter starting to vote for a candidate and deciding not to cast a ballot? If not, why not?

It is in court right now being argued by a democratic lawyer that it should be changed. It has NOT been changed yet (and hopefully won't be), but my point was that the dems will do ANYTHING to get the count that they need. When you say "If an overseas ballot ain't postmarked, it's no good. That is the law" you are completely incorrect. It is FEDERAL law that these can be counted. Federal law supersedes state law. Even if this were not the case, it is SLEAZY as hell. You earlier argued with me that because there were so many blacks in the military, Gore might get the vote. Now you are furthering one of the democratic LIES by repeating it as if it was fact.
