NYSE short interest increased to a record 4,59 billion shrs.

NEW YORK, Nov 21 (Reuters) - The New York Stock Exchange said on Tuesday short interest increased to a record 4,591,751,587 shares as of Nov. 15.
Short interest rose 96,602,283 shares from 4,494,751,764 on Oct. 13, the NYSE said.

Hi Mike, looks like the naz did close 4-5 points under the point I wanted (the "once" gap at 2875) but on a 2900 point exchange I'd have to call that negligible.

I'll do a closer update tonight...unfortunately this rests more with the whims and reactions to the Florida court than anything IMO now...exacerbated by what could be low volume tomorrow (unless we get a ruling)...very unpredictable.

I know everybody's tired of this $hit...I know I am.

Maybe we'll get some sort of court decision tonight, how late do the Supremes work anyway?? <g>
