From Yahoo message board about someone calling Investor Relations. Seems quite believable; one can call IR if confirmation is needed. Spoke with investor relations by: melon1239 11/21/00 5:13 pm Msg: 43927 of 43932 Just hung up with Bob Purcel of investor relations and the summary is as follows: 1-John Danne left so as to become a CEO of a company not specified 2-Did not leave because of a dispute,in fact will be there 1-2 days, strictly so as he could be CEO 3-the two people heading the new divisions were always in charge but simply reported to Danne 4-the CFO still will be on the board of directors 5-Earnings estimates previously reported have not changed 6-bookings solid 7-surprise to this overreaction 8-Merrill's downgrade due Danne's departure and not to change in target price
