Scumbria, According to the high standards that you and other Republicans have been promoting, the ballots should not be counted. What do you mean? Do you know which law supersedes the other? I don't. I am assuming that there is an easy answer to this question and I am willing to live with it. Of course, the real standard is "anything to make Bush win". Bush has already won. The game has changed to "Anything to steal the election for Gore. The loyal Democrat FL SC are just playing their part. Joe
