A court with 100% activist democrat judges?
The democrats used their best weapon, they have all the best lawyers. Now the republicans have to bring out their best weapon, hate, fear, and lies. Another of the great institutions of our country is about to undergo the attacks of personal destruction. Why? So that Tom DeLay can rationalize his inevitable grab for power directly from the house floor when he challenges the rightfull choice of Florida voters.

I kinda feel sorry for the vote counters who will be stuffing ballots instead of turkeys this Thanksgiving.
