Hey, the Fla Democrat Supreme Court just legislated from the bench, something Bush said he did not want and would not appoint if he becomes Prez.

So, the Fla Republican legislature should thumb their noses at this partisan and political decision and ignore it, change the law and proclaim all 25 electoral votes to the rightful winner, Bush.

This is the stuff that revolutions are made of. Stick it to those weasels.

Have you read the 42 page opinion? I haven't, but I do see the quandary between statute A which says certify by a certain date and statute B that provides for recounts that can't be completed by date A. The Court aparently weighed in favor of a finding that legislature must have contemplated that extensions should be given for recounts in progress.

What's so crazy about that?
