manual recounts only can't be completed if u start too late and don't put enough people on them. even section which says sec pof state may accept late ballots doesn't say she must accept them

chalu, the craziness is that there was no flaw in the mechanical count, the foundation by law for a manual count. since the various counties were not able to arrive at viable excuses to delay certification, the SoS levied a decision with the help of a lawyer of democratic registration. Her role in the process was just reduced to 0 by a group of apparently partisan judges. I say partisan because the panel seems to have ignored the legality of their judgement. After listening to the questions that the panel was asking yesterday, it was obvious that the decision was not going to be based on law and that it was going in gore's favor. when the very line of prepared questions favors a particular side, the fix is in...tp
