I have never met a Lawyer yet that doesn't think the system is just hunky dory.
First think I would go after is Tort reform. I also think to a large extent, people should be responsible for their actions.
Why are there more Lawyers in Georgia than all of Japan? Why do we have 70% of the worlds Lawyers? Why do Lawyers cost our GDP over 10% a year. How many industries in this country have been ruined by excessive litigation and rewards? Why have Lawyers been universally despised since the days of socrates? Why is the stock market in the tank?
