<ot>Hi Sabre - is this a veiled threat? While the thread is devoted to stk channel trading, and if the thread starter and/or most participants object to offtopic discussion, I am sure most regulars here would oblige, I don't see why you want to silent Zeev's voice [he may be right in some people's eyes and he may be wrong in some people's eyes, and some are indifferent.] His reputation in stk trading is based on individual recognition. I certainly don't think he cares what you think. Sorry if I sound blunt, but he has certainly contributed a lot to this thread to be attacked by a lurker. What do you think?

best, Bosco

I am a voter, like most posters here, and i see no reason why I should not air my own opinion. These certainly should not bear the weight of a "legal opinion". Why don't you bring forth your point of view to counter the opinions I have advanced? I see nothing here that has an impact on credibility, we all air our views, which I presume we are entitled to (is that the first amendment?)

I have stated few facts,
1. The Florida election is trully a statistical even
2. Gore has a popular plurality nationwide.
3. One can make arguments on both sides as to who has or will have the marginal plurality in Florida.
4. Without a standard in Florida as to "Voter's intentions", it might be rational to assume that a standrad signed by G.W. Bush could be legitimately applied, particularly in view of the fact that at least two other states (MA and IL), where the same question was litigated came on the side that "Dimples" indicates a "positive voter intention" on that ballot.
5. No effort should be reserved to determine which of the military ballots that bear no post mark should be counted, erring on acceptance rather than rejection.

I'll be very happy to hear your point of view on these five "opinions".

Zeev

In th heat of the discussion, I forgot to mentio reentry into BRCD (double position) and BRCM at the same prices as last time, $171 and $122, trying again for $3. I also got SSTI at $16-5/8. Still waiting for an entry into SNDK.
