Nadine..fair enough...I'd be willing to suspect that most of us would have agreed to hand counting, in the name of fairness if the standards were set uniformly BEFORE THE ELECTION...remember too, that when you refer to the court...you must realize that it is VERY liberal...and this is seen quite clearly in the particulars of their decision imho...I'm not saying the court is necessarily political but it speaks with a pronounced liberal bias and the result just flowed naturally...and again, in regards to "local standards"....these seem subject to the will of Democratically controlled boards, which is unfortunate in such a close election...this alone lends and air of unfairness no matter who you voted for, I would argue
