Don't call it "legacy". Call it "mainstream". Calling it "legacy" makes it sound like it's "on the way out". Many applications that are being branded as "legacy" applications are simply being called that to make the P4 look good. I think that "legacy" today applies to any application which isn't by nature designed to primarily stream data from memory. :p

SSE2 doesn't accelerate Quake-style floating-point calculation.

Most AMD diehards seem to be expecting that Pally will be a lower power, higher MHz Thunderbird. Such people will likely be surprised on the upside.
