Stephen:

Sunday we get the Florida Vote certification... We either get a Bush victory if the status Quo remains... Or, we get a Gore victory if the Palm Beach and Broward County recounts can scrounge up another 700 to 800 votes... Either way, the losing side says they'll contest it... With uncertainty hanging over the market, we may be looking at a one day rally unless we get finality to the Florida vote...
