Ron, maybe it's called paranoia, but I don't trust the extreme left anymore than they trust the right. I don't believe for a moment that Ginsburg and Souter would uphold the constitution in that their mindset is to change it rather than interpret it. This is why I was wondering specifically what Kennedy is about. O'Connor is in the middle of the road but I think she is capable of interpretation. It wasn't the fact that Bush lost in the SC of FL but rather that it was 7-0.
