In a win win situation winners show up. In a win loose situation - no one wins. I have no doubt that unions in some places want a win for them only situation - they eventually and rightfully loose. I have seen win win work. Good management can find a win win. Bob

I know about unions, and there is not one good thing about them. Not one. We will win. I sincerely hope you do win and instill more decency and less parasitic mentality to the workforce. I quit a good paying job here in the Pacific Northwest in a "union controlled" company because I got tired of watching people installing three screws in 8 hours, with hardly any comment from ex-union workers turned managers... you can just visualize why. I got tired of watching these people turn enthusiastic and well-meaning new hires into another union zombie... More power to you! SF
