Looks like buying time to me.
Bought some more today.

They should be able to sell GAC for twice its present market cap, at the very least.
Posters on other boards (SH) believe (or want to believe) that InterRealty is worth the present market cap of GAC, on its own, at around $4/share.
IR has sales of $175 million and is profitable.

I hope they are right but with the market for this type of company being deep in the doldrums right now, there will not be any stampede of purchasers to the door, for sure.

MIKE: As I said before, their Buisness model was wrong from the start and it is still wrong. The sale of the Comapny is a ploy which every one has seen thru. There are no buyers.

Software's worst enemy is time. The depreciation is 30% per year and within 3 years it is junk. What is worse is GEAC started acquiring other peoples junk thinking they found bargains. That last CEO was the culprit.

I dont believe the Book value is now even a dollar. If it is higher, it will get there quite soon.
