I give credit to the Democrats for not going personal or calling the other side traitors or thieves. They basically have a lot more class under pressure.

This is the funniest part.

Did some of that bad Kenyan homebrew alcohol get smuggled into the U.S.? It would bring a new meaning to "American Spirit."

If I find out you and flapjack have been imbibing from the same still, I'll have to call in BATF.

P.

The military has never been stronger or paid better.

That could be the most Goristic post yet....

"All I can tell you is that Senator Kerrey really burned my
britches today," said an officer at the Pentagon. "Like it's a
soldier's fault he can't find a U.S. Post Office in Kosovo or a
sailor can't find one on a submarine? Our fault the things
weren't postmarked? Have they no shame?"
Moreover, other military people are not happy with
Defense Secretary William S. Cohen's near-silence on the
issue.
"This battle will be won or lost by public opinion," said
retired Rear Adm. Riley Mixon, in a faxed letter to Mr.
Cohen.
"As of today, I have not heard a peep out of your office.
Why? I would have expected you personally to be on the
national networks using your 'bully pulpit' to get those votes
counted," said Adm. Mixon, former director of naval air
warfare. "Your allegiance to the soldiers, sailors and airmen
that you oversee should take precedence over politics. I urge
you to make yourself visible to the nation in support of your
troops."

Some military members are hopping mad, saying overseas
voting is difficult enough without a team of Democratic trial
lawyers scrutinizing each ballot for any possible flaw.
"I can properly describe our attitudes toward the
Democrats, specifically Gore, as being of an overtly
contemptuous nature and to the point of being furious," said a
senior Army enlisted soldier in Germany. "I have contact with
hundreds of soldiers each week. I cannot say that even one
single soldier displays any level of respect for this man and
the actions of the Democratic Party. I have a number of
colleagues who have already prepared their resignations and
retirement requests who state that they would 'refuse' to serve
in a military commanded by Gore."

That was very well said.

Nice spin! Bigslapoint (the chairmen of Gore chat rooms) would be proud of you.

hmmm, let's see what fun I can have..

Republicans have got to get real. Bush will probably win but dimple chads are the legal means of detecting intent even in Texas. And by law Gore has the right to the hand recounts in the three counties, like it or not.

I notice now you've dropped that line "Bush signed a law in Texas". Without admitting you were wrong. And you now realize the laws related to manual recounts were signed by Anne Richards. The only right Gore has is the one invented by the radical left Supreme court of Florida, which re-wrote the law after the election. No doubt, if the Supreme court of the United States takes up the issue. FLSC ruling will be seen for the idiotic partisan all Democratic court it is. Second year law students understand the law better than that court, which was made up of all Democrats, three of which were leaders of the trial laywers association. No wonder they so desperately want Gore elected.

But absentee votes nomatter who they're from have to be post-marked, signed, witnessed etc. I haven't heard any actual military voters complaining just Republicans who don't give a rat's ass about the soldiers, they just cry foul without even knowing if there's any evidence of wrong-doing.

Then you haven't been listening. I have, and many military men and women are complaining. They're also complaining about never receiving their absentee ballot when they sent in the paper work over a month before the election. A suit is currently underway to explain that. If Republicans don't give a rats ass about military personell, then why did military personnel vote over 65% for Bush. And why did Gore send teams of lawyers into every absentee voting center to attack the military voter and deny him/her the right to vote? Every Democrat should be ashamed of their party and Gore, for planning and executing such a despicable strategy against our fighting men and women, who in return would put their life on the line in defense of America's liberty and freedom.

Despite the angry and often viciously strident and partisan tactics of the right, Gore has every legal right to do what he's doing and may in fact have won the election fair and square. Until the totally legal recounts are finished we just won't know. It may not SEEM fair to Republicans but them there's the rules.

As for military votes that a hot-button political issue, not a legal one. Any absentees without post-marks could be fraudulent and filled in after the election. Therefore they cannot be counted military or not.

Let me fix this one for you. "Despite the angry partisan vicious attack by Democrats on the Secretary of State of Florida, (who was simply following the law).

If we trust a Commanding officer of a Destroyer Group with Nuclear Weapons, we should trust him if he says the mail was sent before the deadline. To subvert the will of the military voter and prevent his/her vote from being counted, demonstrates the depth of decay Clintonized Democrats have sunk for political purposes. Can you imagine the media outcry if the political roles were reversed and Republicans did everything they could to stop the military vote from being counted? Yes I know, Republicans would never sink this low.

The rest of your post is filled with the same mumbo-jumbo talking points regurgitated in the press over and over. What are you and bigs doing now, trading emails and then posting under your name.

Sorry Gore campaign. That tactic won't fly. Better hire more thoughtful chat room workers. :)
