Oddly, the PFG Best link on your post had 30 dollar commissions and Arc has 20 dollar commissions. So it would be prudent to use Arc's Best account over Best's own account. Unless I mis-read that somehow. Perhaps more is included on one over the other, do not know.

Never had an issue with calling in trades to Arc. Happens rarely however.

By chance it happened Wednesday, in the sense that it took over 30 minutes to get a fill on a NYMEX trade. As the person on the other end was checking the status Leo finally provided the Fill, as Chance would have it. It turned out the delayed Fill was not the fault of Arc nor Leo. It is just a combination of events that I was not aware of prior to the trade.

Seems that Electronic Order Entry for NYMEX (such as a Crude Oil trade) is routed through Chicago, the CME I believe. The order arrives quickly at NY but then delays in Fill Reporting occur in NY. That, coupled with the thin pit on Wednesday made for a delay that seemed excessive. Fills from Chicago Markets have always been quickly received.

Been using Arc (and their predecessor) since April, 1999. I make about 35, 45 trades a month there.
