I know of a bridge job let on only affirmative action. The guy didn't have the tools to do the job. Two tries and he was out, only to sue.

I cannnot agree that "university admissions are nothing". On an individual level, it seriously affects the entire course of your life. And whether the liberal statists admit it or not, rights ultimately are individual. People don't exist in groups, they exist as individuals.

I also agree that awarding gov't contracts based on "affirmative action" is an outrage and should be illegal. Now. And determining employability based on skin color or gender is simply Jim Crow brought back to life in a new guise.
