The Supreme Court of the US has shocked them.> I imagine it's clear to the Gore camp that the current process of subjective determination of voter intent, selectively applied in only some counties (in this statewide contest) denies citizens of Florida not residing in those counties equal protection under the law, and likely will not be tolerated by the US Supreme Court. It appears to me that Gore's actions at this point are designed principally to extricate himself from the mess he has created, but as a martyr to the Democratic Party. Kelly
