No need to quote me, I remember what I posted. The Courts shouldn't be involved in election law, unless there is such an egregious abuse of power coupled with the violation of Civil Rights that they are compelled to act. Did you notice that the Florida House and Senate have joined the suit? What other choice do they have when the Enlightened Ones rewrite the law and anoint themselves with extra Constitutional powers?
