You thought it was totally unacceptable for the courts to get involved in election law, period" The SOS was acting under the law passed by the Legislature, which is the only body authorized by the US Constitution to define the method of choosing the electors. I thought it was totally unacceptable for the Florida Courts to rewrite the law to authorize themselves to define the method of selecting the Electors, which is now seen as clearly contrary to the U.S. Constitutional. It's pretty obvious that your opinions are not based on principle, but on getting your candidate elected, and your perception of right or wrong will easily shift with Bush's advantage.
