Common sense, or a little bird, tells me this race too close to call and establish a clear cut winner.
What if the News had not called Florida for Gore and more
Western republicans had voted?
IMO the course set by Mr Gore in contesting the forthcoming Sunday nite certification is an attempt to force the Republican Florida legislature (and Jeb Bush) to call the winner despite the fact Mr G.Bush has won all legitimate Florida vote counts to date.
( if you cant win, do all you can to make the winner look like a thief)
My hope is that the Supreme Court will step in to
end this nonsense and provide some non-partisan legitimacy
to the winner whoever it may be.
After that the only appeal left for Mr Gore will be to Billy Graham or the Pope.
