71 bucks! now it's in my roundhouse.

Before I add 128 to the machine I should ask a few questions.

I am running win 98 (the crash test dummy box) on a Asus P2B board with a 350 PII and 128 meg ram. One of my TA programs is a real resource hog and I must keep over 70% available resources (while using it) or it gets all goofy on me.

My question: Would adding 128 megs of RAM increase my available resources using the current set up or would I need to change OS's, processor or something else?

Hi Mark, I found this site a couple of weeks ago. It is called Hotlinks. You can register your book marks/favorites with them for free. It allows you to access them from another computer by going to Hotlinks and putting in your password. They say they have over 500,000 people registered. They have scanned everyone's book marks and determined which sites come up the most frequently. When you put in a topic they take you to the links to the sites that are book marked the most and give you the percentage of people who have it book marked. You don't have to register to access the most frequently book marked sites. Knowing that you might use this site already, perhaps others will find it to be of use. Doug
