I admit that I haven't had time to follow the issues as closely as I could, but I haven't heard of any violence in the protests, but rather just some picketing and sit-ins. What violence has occurred?

I have to admit that the whole notion of blue-suited Republican lawyers staging sit-ins is pretty humorous. This election and the post-election festivities have moved beyond the bizarre into the surreal.

As for the USSC stepping in, I just can't see anything good to come from it. Yes, we clearly could all benefit from election reform and improved ballot collecting and counting methods and rules, but this will come from legislative actions, not from the courts.
