KyrosL: You are proposing that G* management didn't know how poor the quarter was going to be until a week after the close of the books? Your comment displays how the polarity in viewing management's capability can shape your outlook of the future of G*. One group is sure of a clueless, clumsy management, the other defines them as shrewd and cunning.

Krysol: <<Continuing the sale of the tranches beyond this point would have opened the door to class action lawsuits by the buyer(s) of the tranches. >>

Your kidding right? Do you think Bernie did not know the MOU and corresponding revenue on October 2nd?

You are really understating the technology here!! A global CDMA data and voice system that takes 16 days to get an indication of the MOU's that have been used??

Does that sound correct?

Go to the USPTO web site and read the "Patent" that Gloablstar has regarding almost real time calculations of MOU usage.. Benie knew how many subscribers were added, and the average MOU per subscriber. 36 -40 MOU per month. Do you think Bernie suddenly received the information on Oct. 24th and said.. 'OH MY GOD!! I DIDN'T EVEN CONCIEVE THE NUMBERS COULD POSSIBLE BE THIS BAD!! Called Bear S. and said.. Stop the tranch sales!!!!!

In addition... If it was heading for BK, who cares about some Class Action Suit filed by some buyers of Common Stock.. We are talking about the companies very survival...

You have to admit.. It seems a bit far fetched!!

ALL: I believe BLS is no longer selling any G* tranches as the floor for the sales is $4. As to way they discontinued sales prior to the 3rd quarter report... I might venture that they had all the money they needed for the time being. No one likes to sell stock well below their perceived value. Assuming BLS and company still think G* will be viable, the they would sell only the amount necessary to get them to the next level. Assume BLS and company are preparing to exit G* and they sell the absolute minimum to avoid possible law suits later on.

Selling is done until the smoke clears.

BLS: Fanatic or visionary. A very fine line.
