Ron, with great deference and respect I pose to you the question of what surplus???
Please refer to Allan W. Smith, "The Alleged Budget Surplus, Social Security, and Voodoo Economics." It has recently been referenced on this board. I have a copy I got for ~$10 form amazon.com. It is quite an eye opener. The Dems and Reps are BOTH lying to us!
