I wasn't going to do it myself because, if Inco won, I didn't want to have anything to do with them for another second... In fact, I had thought I might sell my shares in advance since the short term effect of our winning this battle would most likely be a drop in NVB price... HOWEVER, in the documents, it states that if enough people choose to Dissent, Inco may decide to withdraw the offer.... now that Boulle is on board to Dissent, I am trying to see if I can get the procedure done. The downside is having your shares tied up in court for an unknown period of time and/or the unlikely possibility that the Courts rule for a lower valuation... I've been told it's possible that interest could be added to any determined valuation, but that's not a slam dunk. The other downside is having to be sure you jump through all the right hoops on a timely basis as the procedure unfolds... You and I face the same hurdles right now and that is getting your shares in proper format for you to be able to Dissent. You cannot Dissent if your shares are in street name.... I don't know if we can get it done in two days, but I'm going to try.... Then the shares have to be physically sent to Inco if the proposal is approved by the neceesary 66 2/3 %. The necessary procedure is outlined in the physical documents beginning on page 42. If you go to the downloaded version, it's page 46. In either case, the DETAIL of the procedure is included in Schedule C at the end of the documents.... I believe the p 46 outline does a good enough job. It then becomes a problem of the efficiency of your broker..... I'm hoping with the news that Boulle is objecting all the way, perhaps enough people will just vote AGAINST that we don't ahve to go the Dissent route. But I've decided to attempt to join the battle.... I wouldn't do it if all that could be gained is a better price for our shares, but since it is possible that Dissenting could cause them to drop this, I'm going to continue to battle.
