I congratulate you on your amazing and patient response to Art. It takes a lot of grit, IMO to make such a reasoned and rational response to someone who is obviously never going to take it to heart. Nice try though.

I disagree entirely that Art's post was "extremely partisan."

He stated the situation in a nutshell:
So now we have the Bush people saying, "don't verify the military absentee ballots; count all of them." My, my, how interesting, considering that they also say, "don't count any more ballots in Dade County."

It's the same ole double standard. Yet again.

Do not misunderstand this to be a partisan argument. It is an argument for common sense equality and fairness.

Ignores the fact that it is not ridiculous and is done quite often throughout the country. Regardless of any preference in this particular election, it is not the humanly impossible or extremely unusual process the Republicans are trying to paint it to be.
