Humpty-Dumpty sat on a wall. Humpty-Dumpty had a great fall. All of the Kings horses and All of the Kings men Could not put Humpty-Dumpty together again. This election is beyond repair. There is nothing the Supreme Court or W Bush or Al Gore can say or do which will repair the irreparable harm done to the political process. The mob scene in Miami was the last straw. The hostility and rancor will outlast the term of the next one term President who presidency is D.O.A.

That helps a bunch, it is nice to see that all republicans are not the same. Your statement "considered liberally brainwashed and therefore it will take them awhile (to be deprogrammed" surprises me, I didn't think any of the republicans were so open minded. >>>>The reason I hear is that Renquist, Scalia, Thomas and possibly O'Connor are trying to convince Kennedy that the democratic SC in FL is Clintonized and that there is only one way to rule. They figured they would wait until next friday, because the liberals in the court are continually taking a recount to see if it is even a possibility that others are disagreeing with them. The conservative group know that Ginsburg, Breyer, the other guy (forgot his name) and possibly Souter are considered liberally brainwashed and therefore it will take them awhile (to be deprogrammed in order to recognize the fact that others did decide that Bush has a valid point) to be able to hear the case.
