I have to agree. Most of the law suits meant squat in the 1st phase. The Reps were manouvered into taking this to the USSC, and the public are beginning to realize that the Reps have done everything in their power to stall and discredit the American process of recounting ballots manually. At least the Reps have given up on trying to ask the courts to deligitimise hand recounts. Furthurmore, if the hand recounts are legitimate (and they obviously are), why not allow the process to go forward in Dade.
