Once again. You seem to miss the point.

I don't have a beef with going to court, appealing, winning or losing. There is a process there that the candidates are using and I'm quite comfortable in accepting the decisions of the courts at the end of the appeal process, regardless of the winner. I believe in the system, silly me.

Is this a problem?
