Speaking of hypocrisy: Some of us are wondering how you reconcile your strong environmentalist stance with your choice of residence? Meeting the water needs of residents of Southern California has caused extensive irreparable damage to the Colorado River, Owens Valley, and much of Northern California.

No "dimples" are legally counted in Texas under Texas law. Where do these myths come from?

First, you ignore the thrust of the piece, which is that you are wrong in asserting that the practice is widespread. Then, you focus on the possibility of using dimpled chads in Texas, without considering the constraints. It is unusual and controversial, even in the Texas context........

To PartyTime, Nichols, flapjack or you, A.S. Why wont anyone answer this simple premise:

How can you justify using one Florida law (right to recount in up to 4 counties within 72 hours) and not another (recount must be done within a week)? I realize that completing the recount in 1 week is a tough chore, but it is a BIG advantage to be able to cherry pick where you want the recounts. Please justify why you (and Gore) think one of the laws is fine, but the other is no good.

It is very strange to hear you guys (or gals) rail about how GWB stole this election. How do you justify your position against the info stated above?
