Anand seems to be smoking hemp.<g> DDR was not widely prevalent at COMDEX. AMD had two machines that purported to be DDR at 200 and 266 MHZ. The Taiwan motherboard companies had a couple of machines in see through boxes to show their motherboards off. IWILL told us they had no customers for their DDR motherboards but they were optimistic about getting a customer. The Intel Software Pavilion had more than 60 machines demonstrating P4 software applications from games, real time internet movies, to 3-d CAD and Satellite imagery. This was probably more than 15X the number of DDR demos. :)

Bush could have and should have accepted this offer "in principle" and left it to the courts to decide if the process was legal. Given the rulings from the state supreme court and the questions that were asked of the Republican lawyers, I have no doubt that this would have been agreed to by the courts. We now do not have a count and at least 1/2 the nation thinks Bush stole the election. Bush could have put the nation first and let the votes be counted. He did not. He elected to hide under the cloak of that B**** Harris who helped him steal the election.
