NG RE: Their very positive partnering accomplishments over the past year......... When you own something you are in a position of commanding, directing, and guiding. When you partner for something you are reduced to a position of wishing, hoping, and often times begging. I agree that AMD has had some partnership successes. But they have had no more successes than their partners have allowed them to have. Partnering means waiting on something to benefit your partner before it happens. As you know, the 4th quarter is the biggest of the year. This quarter represents the second consecutive Christmas quarter that AMD has lost sales (profits) because of inadequate infrastructure support. Buck
