Hi KLP,

I don't have any answers for you on the question you raised.

All I know is that the Republicans had to drop their suit in the Leon County Circuit Court, Judge L. Ralph Smith presiding, because the GOP attorney, Fred Bartlit failed to prove any of his assertions as to the disenfranchisement of military candidates. In fact, you may recall that Bartlit et al sued Pasco County claiming harm to military voters. Counsel for the defendant indicated that of 30 disputed ballots in the county, 8 were rejected because the voter was not registered and another 29 were rejected because the voter had failed to request an absentee ballot. With a case like that, i.e., weaker than a thrice dipped tea bag, the Republicans ought to be asking themselves how BIG a lie they should really be telling about all the disenfrachisement of the military vote. You know, it plays well in front of TV screens, but for someone like me who has a fondness for facts and the truth, the Republican campaign on lying about the military vote issue absolutely makes my blood boil. How can they be so incendiary and dishonest?

Best Regards, Ray
