When I used that link you posted to the IRS site my firewall alarm went off repeatedly while at the site. Dozens of times intrusions into my 'puter were attempted according to the firewall program.

WOW! Now that is news. I don't have a firewall program, but I do check check my system from time to time to make sure it is not open to the world. Ya gotta wonder if it's the IRS, or maybe someone has hacked their site. Scary!!

Do you still have a list of the ip addresses that pinged you when you went to the IRS forms page?

may not really be from the IRS forms site as the ip address did not match what the IRS.gov ip address would have been.
