Don't expect lightening to strike twice. If you knew anything about law, trials and the appellate process you'd realize how ignorant you sound when you predict a Bush victory in the S.Ct. You've been letting your associates do the real lawyering for far too long to making bold predictions regarding the S.Ct. LOL.

lawdog obviously counted one SC Judge's cert. twice.;) Counting votes twice seems to be a liberal genetic flaw and occurs even when it serves only to further their BUFFOON status.
