If you found it quite easily, you should be able to post it quite easily. I respect your intentions, but recognizing that you made multiple posts of statutes which didn't address the issues you claimed they did, I think it's reasonable for people here to ask for your sources for statements you make so that they can judge from the actual facts, not from your interpretation of them, which has proved in the past to be not always 100% accurate.

Ellen: I grow tired of your tone here. I kindly asked you to provide the link to the information you asserted in your earlier post to me. I gave you the benefit of the doubt by not asking you where you obtained this information by questioning you whether you pulled the matter out of your hat. Instead, I respected and appreciated the tidbit of information you provided and FIRST went ahead and did my own research on the Internet. But I COULD NOT FIND anything relating to the matter, and figured you could EASILY and QUICKLY provide me a direct link to its source. It appears NOW you can't. PROVE ME WRONG. You know, it's a bit tiring to be asked to do others' footwork. No, I don't know. How much effort have I made here in articulating some legal arguments and making intelligent debate for the benefit of the entire thread? Don't insinuate that I am too lazy to locate your source. I tried; I can't find it; and I only ask you to do AFTER I attempted to locate it myself. And please don't make yourself to be a some kind martyr as if you're "tired" and doing everybody else's "footwork" here. That is so laughable and so insulting. You're about at least the third one on this thread to do that. Maybe there's a pattern here. Maybe its because you don't provide any source or authority to support your accusations. In short you like to fill this thread with a lot of unsubstantiated, untrue rhetoric. It's especially tiring because it more often than not is not reciprocated. I feel your pain. Since when are you here yapping off constantly 14 hours a day with the expectation of some sort of reciprocation. Give me a break. What about the effort I put in here? Do I do it with some expectation of getting something in return? The bottom line, Ellen, as most here know by now is that your completely full of it. You rant, you rave you confuse facts, and you apparent don't comprehend what you read very well. You don't cite your sources when you allege FACTS. You don't listen to individual arguments here, but instead immediately reject them because you assume and believe them to be of a different political party than yourself. Above all you don't respect people, probably because you don't respect yourself. I know, I know, the whole world discriminated against you your whole life. Typical Democrat.
